Dr. Melissa Taylor has been a practicing chiropractor in the Midlands area for 20 years. By employing pragmatic teaching methods, she helps staff in the workplace to learn how to alleviate stress and tension which builds up during our daily activities.

Most corporate environments do not cater for the body and being. Melissa’s aim is to show that by looking after our bodies, we can increase our performance, need less sick leave, and enjoy a sense of ease and well-being. When the body is free of pain and we feel happier, we have a more acute awareness of how we can be more productive, can sense possibilities with greater ease and relieve stress more effectively. Melissa’s main target is to teach office workers how to “get out of their heads” for a brief period of time daily, by regulating their breathing and doing simple exercises. Learning to consciously create a body and mind that move with grace and ease can make our daily life much more enjoyable!
